The answer to your confusion (I've asked this question and had it asked several times over the last week) is...NO. It is a stock photo which Zack altered in photoshop.
And the guy DOESN'T have dreads either.

ha! that's incredible! i've always thought it was that one guy who used to lead worship on the nightwatch who's name I can't remember...oh...i know his name...i do.. oh well.

i thought it was andy flook... that intern that came through over summer who had the crazy hair and glasses. eh, oh well.
